The following terms and conditions are valid between you and DENDUON and apply to all use of, and orders placed on, our webshop www.denduon.com.
DENDUON reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time. We ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.
PRICES & FEES
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website are in Swedish crowns (SEK) and include VAT.
A purchase agreement is accepted when DENDUON has sent you the order confirmation email. Please note that the correct email and physical address information is required when placing an order. If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered, you will be notified in the delivery confirmation where the item stands as not delivered. When placing an order using card, your card is debited with the purchase amount once DENDUON has sent you the order confirmation email.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is applied for all credit card transactions. The transactions are encrypted. We always check the validity and coverage of the card. DENDUON reserves the right to refuse credit card purchases.
DENDUON is responsible as a data controller for the personal data that you provide us with in connection with the purchase. The personal data given to DENDUON in connection with a purchase is used for signing and implementation of supply agreements, to maintain our customer relationships as well as for marketing activities conducted by DENDUON.
In order to carry out orders, it is necessary to disclose information to third parties. DENDUON submits personal information to carriers to implement the delivery and notifications.
DENDUON will never sell or assign personal data to other companies for marketing activities. You as a customer reserve the right to request a transcript of your personal data registered at DENDUON. A cookie is a small text file sent from a website and stored locally on the visitor’s hard drive.
DENDUON does not dispatch orders to persons under 18, since one must be of legal age to conclude an agreement according to the law.
DENDUON reserves for any inaccuracies in images or texts. Any dispute is referred to the Consumer Complaints. DENDUON always follow the Board’s recommendations.
DENDUON’s obligations are postponed under force majeure. If force majeure is longer than 2 months, the customer as well as DENDUON reserves the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay for damages.
Force majeure include among other things strikes, illness among staff, transportation disruptions, import/export bans, regardless of this occurs in the company or its suppliers.
DENDUON offers free shipping on all orders.
Our goal is to deliver the items to our customers in 3-7 working days. Please note that the delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders being expedited and other conditions that DENDUON cannot help.
DENDUON sends all packages with PostNord MyPack. In case of damaged and lost items during transportation to the customer, DENDUON is liable of incurring costs. Please note that damaged or lost items must be notified to the customer service within a reasonable time (within 1 month). If the item is damaged or lost during the return shipping, you are liable of incurring costs.
For all non-collected packages a SEK 250 fee will be debited. The fee corresponds the costs of service fees, return shipping and handling. In case you regret an order and the package has already been sent from us, you must collect the package from the delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as non-collected and fee will be debited. It will always be less expensive to collect the package and send it back to us.
You are entitled to return items within 14 days from the date of which you have received the item. For the return to be accepted the returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all tags still attached. Return garments securely packed in the original packaging.
Please contact us at denduon.com/contact-us/ for returns or questions. We will adjust the return amount as soon as we have accepted and received the returned item. In case we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will of course be liable of return shipping fees.
- That we will not send you a new invoice for a returned item. Use the original invoice for payment.
- Refund and adjustments of returns will be made when the return has been registered.
- We do not apply exchange orders, new items are ordered in the webshop.
- The return right does not apply for gift card payments. Complaints of potential faults can of course be made.
- Please note that items cannot be returned to stores that sell DENDUON’s products.
- If you receive defective product, please notify DENDUON immediately of any material or production faults of the delivered item. This also implies to transport damages.
- DENDUON follows the rules of consumer law.
